We are thrilled to welcome back Liz Shea, who returns to DI to teach morning mind/body prep, designed to ready the dancer to fully physically and mentally engage in each day’s rigorous programming. Delving into her self-developed somatic system, SomaLab®, and incorporating yogic practices, Liz will offer a range of warm-up and priming practices that will restore energy and fluidity to the body and encourage the flexible nervous system. Movers will find themselves open, energized, connected, and ready for the day.
